Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Kathmandu

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- working closely with departments, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Liaising with a wide range of people involved for staff performance and health and safety
- Assisting on recruiting staffs, developing JD and JS, advertisements, Involving on screening, itterviewing and selection procedures
- HR administration (on salaries, performance appraisal, evaluations, maintaining employees records etc)
- Negotation with staffs and with representatives
- Dealing with Grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Planning and sometimes delivering, trainings, inductions of new staffs
JOB SPECIFICAITON
- Management Graduates with business etiquee
- Good communicator and negotiator
- Minimum of 1 year of experience on similar field
- Candidate with a knowledge of human psychology, counselling and knowledge of Nepal labour law would be an added advantage
